I drew a sunset using code. I drew it because every time I go to Hawaii, my family goes to the beach and watch the sunset. I used rect, fill, ellipse, and noStroke, to code my drawing. I learned how to make no outline, and how to make them overlap each other. I also learned that when you place the shapes, you have to place them in order so the code doesn't get messed up. For example, if you put the background at the very end, it's going to cover up your whole drawing. Code :
background (255, 233, 181); noStroke(); fill (194, 246, 255); rect(-2,401,402,-114); fill (255, 255, 0,70); ellipse (199,180,70,70); ellipse (199,180,60,60); fill (253, 255, 184); rect(150,289,97,12); rect(157,299,85,9); fill(252, 171, 171); rect(398,1,-398,9); rect(398,11,-398,9); fill(252, 176, 176); rect(398,21,-398,9); rect(398,31,-398,9); rect(398,41,-398,9); fill(255, 199, 199); rect(398,51,-398,9); rect(398,61,-398,9); rect(398,71,-398,9); fill(250, 210, 210); rect(398,81,-398,9); rect(398,91,-398,9); rect(398,101,-398,9); rect(398,110,-398,9); rect(398,120,-398,9); rect(398,130,-398,9); fill(255, 222, 222); rect(398,140,-398,9); rect(398,150,-398,9); rect(398,160,-398,9); rect(398,170,-398,9); rect(398,180,-398,9); fill(255, 237, 186); rect(398,190,-398,9); rect(398,200,-398,9); fill(255, 234, 181); rect(398,210,-398,9); rect(398,220,-398,9); rect(398,230,-398,9); fill(255, 239, 150); rect(398,240,-398,9); rect(398,250,-398,9); rect(398,260,-398,9); rect(398,270,-398,9); rect(398,280,-398,9); fill (255, 255, 0); ellipse (199,180,70,70); ellipse (199,180,60,60); fill(253, 255, 189); rect(236,308,-70,8); rect(234,315,-66,9); rect(233,323,-59,9); rect(226,332,-44,9);

This is meaningful to me because every year my family goes to Hawaii. And each day when the sun sets, we come out to the beach and watch the sunset.
